These terms apply to your use of LiterallyFantasySports ("the game") at www.literallyfantasysports.com. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them.

The game

LiterallyFantasySports is a free sports management game run as a personal project. All players, teams and leagues are fictional and randomly generated. They are not connected to any real athlete, team or league.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the game.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep access to your sign-in email or Google account secure.
• One account per person. Each account may manage one team per sport.

Fair play

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots or scripts to play;
• try to access other players' accounts or data, or interfere with the game's servers;
• choose team or display names that are offensive, hateful or impersonate someone else.

If you find a bug, please report it instead of using it. We may reset game data, rename teams, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Game content and virtual items

In-game funds, players and packs have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. We may change, rebalance or reset game features, values and data as the game develops, for example when tuning the match engine.

Your content

You keep any rights to names you create. You allow us to display them in the game, including on leaderboards and in other players' leagues as ghost teams.

Availability

The game is provided free, "as is" and "as available". It may change, have downtime, or be discontinued at any time. We do not promise that it will be error-free or that game data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the game.

Ending your account

You can stop playing and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing admin@literallyfantasysports.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and announce significant changes on the game's "What's new" page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
